A LOT WITH CERTIFIED TITLE
1. A document demonstrating one's possession of a piece of property

3. Wherever the land is located, it is registered with the provincial or municipal register of deeds.
4. There is no defense to the Certificate of Title, and it is enforceable.
5. Any claims to the land are settled with the issuance of this document.
6. Depending on where the land is located, the deed must be registered with the municipality, city, or provincial register of deeds.
DECLARATION OF TAX
1. A record that only proves ownership in the sense of the owner's concept.
2. Only proof of having paid real estate taxes; not a guarantee of ownership.
3. Keep a record at the assessor's office in each municipality or city where the land is located.
